doctors appointment today.

so it looks like my first manual internal wasn't a complete bust, pretty uncomfortable but not as bad as i imagined. i am one centimeter dilated and her heart rate was 130. at least we know my body is somewhat preparing for her impending arrival.

i am smart enough to know that one centimeter doesn't mean much in terms of going into labor before my estimated due date of october 11th, but it also means that i could have her tomorrow or even tonight.
