they tag team [ninja style] - double needle stuck my daughter today.

and this was the end result.

NOT before she let out the most deadly shrieks i have ever heard emitted from her tiny lungs. sadness, i tell you. but fear not, they lasted a mere 60 seconds, tops. i was a little bummed that they didn't have little baby pearls, but i will live... for the next six weeks anyways.

i know it is a "controversial" subject, but every parent is different. some get it done six weeks after the exit from the ute. i am actually surprised in myself that i waited until she was one week shy of six months old.

i told her that any other peircings she wanted would be at her own will, after she turned 35 of course.

  2. SO SWEET!!! I think it's a better idea to do it while they're young. My mom made me wait til I was 4 & I chickened out so many times. Just take 'em when they can't run away :)

  4. They look so cute!! We took our baby girl to get it done around 8 weeks and right before they were getting ready to do it, an old woman come up literally yell at us for getting our OWN child's ears peirced. She told us it 'was the most stupid thing she has ever seen someone do to a baby in her life'. LOL.

  5. I wish some old lady (or anyone for that matter) would've said that to us, Krysta. I have a tendency to crave arguing with strangers- especially women. Maybe because they can't beat my ass...

  6. Yay you did it! They look adorable. Surprisingly I've never gotten a comment from a stranger regarding G's piercings, but I've rehearsed what I'd say when that day comes haha.
